Jennifer Ledoux is Metis from a small northern community in Manitoba. She is the Career Counselor working with students in the Masters in Development Practice (MDP) Indigenous Development program at the University of Winnipeg. A global, interdisciplinary, professional program, the MDP builds the skills required to be a successful practitioner of sustainable development. UWinnipeg is the only institution in the global MDP Association to focus specifically on Indigenous Development. Jennifer has worked extensively in the areas of Employment, Disabilities, Mental Health and wellbeing. She has enjoyed working for a number of organizations such as; the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development and the EAGLE Urban Transition Centre- with the Assembly for Manitoba Chiefs.
